WARRANTY

Warranty Services

Equipment Warranty Policy "INTELECON adheres to OEM equipment manufacturers warranty policy. Many manufacturers require direct interface with each end user (client) whom ultimately purchased the equipment. In these cases and if requested, INTELECON will provide the client with guidance to help get closure on specific warranty issues.

In cases where INTELECON is the warranty broker for OEM equipment manufacturers, INTELECON will make necessary arrangements with suppliers and on behalf of the client and get closure on specific warranty issues. "

 


Software Warranty
"INTELECON adheres to OEM Software manufacturer warranty policy. Software warranty is usually treated much differently then equipment or hardware warranties. Unless the original supplier has a 100% satisfaction gaurantee with supporting terms of return or replacement then clients should basically be "buyer beware". In other words, some suppliers have a no returrn policy and replacement only if clients can prove that the media (CD / disk) is defective and access to software programs is impossible." In these cases and if requested, INTELECON will provide clients with guidance concerning software warranty related issues helping to satisfactorily get closure on each specific warranty issue.

 

INTELECON Service & Workmanship Warranty "INTELECON provides to client at no addtional charge a 90 day Service & Workmanship Warranty. INTELECON will warrant that during this period all services such as setup and physical installation, as provided by INTELECON, will if found to be defective, be corrected by INTELECON at no charge to client."

INTELECON Extended Warranty "As a supplier of equipment, software, and services on a wide range of state of the art telecom, computer and electronic equipment, INTELECON can provide clients with a competitively priced annual warranty service on specific equipment and systems. Clients may view this as an Insurance policy. Instead of paying standard call out rates and handling charges for onsite service or equipment repair/upgrade, clients may pay an annual fee that will cover equipment systems during upgrades or failures.
