INTELECON Offers Clients a Variety of Implementation Services for Equipment / Networks

Step 1: Equipment / Network Planning. " Whether the project is a simple upgrade or new equipment / network requirement, INTELECON will work with the client in forming a plan that is technically suitable meeting client requirements. Network planning consists of translating client individual and / or business requirements into a cost effective state-of-the-art equipment configuration. INTELECON will ensure that the most economical state-of-art equipment is specified. INTELECON will utilize many years of expertise to fully meet customer expectations. "

Step 4: Equipment implementation " Upon receipt of equipment & materials, INTELECON is ready to begin implementation of equipment and material at the client site. This process is coordinated very closely with the client to ensure equipment placement, equipment interconnectivity, power-up, and other installation requirements are agreeable with the client."

Step 2: Network Design " INTELECON will perform detailed network design. This part of the process is important for specifying interconnection & interoperability requirements with new and existing equipment. INTELECON will specify cable types, lengths, connector types, equipment interfaces i.e. internet, wireless etc., and interoperability with existing client equipment. "

Step 5: Equipment Integration " During the Equipment Integration process, INTELECON will ensure that all new equipment and legacy equipment work together and as required to meet client business operations. INTELECON ensures that computers, printers, scanners, wireless eq., network eq., internet interfaces, and other equipment function according to manufacturers requirements."

Step 3: Site Survey " Upon client approval of equipment / network plan, INTELECON will perform a site survey. The site survey helps to manifest specifics associated with the placement of equipment, infrastructure requirements such as cabling, power, and other environmental issues. At this point INTELECON will be able to assess overall installation and testing services that will be required as a part of the overall project. Upon completion of the survey, INTELECON can publish a detailed cost proposal for the client. Upon receipt of firm order commitment from Client, all equipment and materials can be orderd. "

Step 6: Equipment / Network Operational Testing " The Equipment / Network Operation Testing process is the last component in the overall implementation process. INTELECON will have completed integration testing between network elements and now will be ready to perform overall operational testing of the equipment / network. This process requires the client or client representative to be present to confirm & validate that overall functionallity of the equipment / network operation. The Client participation is imperative for their part in confirming overall equipment functionality with respect to business operations and as originally specified in the INTELECON proposal. This is also a very good time for clients to participate and be introduced to overall equipment / network operational process and functionallity."
